Namib desert

Namibia is a big country, larger than France and Great-Britain together... counting no more than 1.8 million inhabitants.

For it is an hostile country where rain is scarce :
the rainy season is limited to the austral summer from december to april and 70% of the territory receives less than 400mm of rain per year, not enough to farm.

Ugab valley

semi-arid climate, Namibia is covered in savanas and deserts and its landscapes are often surprising.
